This decision came before any services were actually deployed, laying the groundwork for what would become the agency's first client engagement two months later, on January 1, 2022.

Establishing Makos Digital as its own wing meant the team could focus specifically on digital marketing and web development as a distinct offering, rather than as a general extension of other work.

That founding decision is the starting point for everything that followed — from the first coordinated client launch to every project since.

The client, a Hyderabad-based entrepreneur whose company was incorporated in 2021, wanted a coordinated web presence for his own construction and infrastructure business alongside two associated companies run by friends: Jehovah Rophe Infra, Nabigaru, and Nabigaru Global Infra.

As the agency's first-ever engagement, the project came with a firm constraint: all three sites had to be built in parallel and ready for the same New Year's Day launch, rather than staggered whenever each was finished.

The coordinated delivery became Makos Digital's first client reference, and the working relationship that followed shaped how the agency approached multi-site engagements afterward.

Unlike the business sites, Connect2Jesus needed to build anticipation ahead of launch: a public countdown timer ran from Christmas through New Year, announcing exactly when the site would go live.

The countdown gave the launch a real sense of occasion — the site didn't simply appear quietly, it arrived on a date the community had been counting down to.

Connect2Jesus remains a small, personal project, but one built with real ceremony, and part of the very first delivery Makos Digital ever made.

Makos Digital was first brought in only to fix the compromised site. Once that was resolved, the client's trust was established, and the full web development project was handed over — covering both the Dubai side of the business and the Chennai side.

Makos Digital worked closely with the two entrepreneurs running the business across both markets, starting with UI/UX design before moving into development and then deployment.

What began as cleaning up someone else's mess ended with a complete, working web presence across two markets — proof that trust built through problem-solving can lead to a much larger engagement.

Work started in December 2023, with the goal of bringing the site live for the New Year, and Finistant launched as planned in early January 2024.

As a self-initiated project, there was no client brief to work from — the team defined the scope itself, covering corporate accounting, GST, income tax, and the surrounding customer-support work businesses need around finance.

Finistant gives Makos Digital a real, self-built product to point to as proof of its own capability beyond client work.

The project needed regional-language content to serve the firm's full client base, and the old site's inconsistent, non-compliant state — left behind with poor documentation — made a fresh start the right call.

Makos Digital ran the engagement on a Waterfall methodology with detailed UI documentation at every stage, including a client 'Dipstick study' involving the firm's own clients, young attorneys, and associates to shape the new experience.

The rebuilt site reflects the firm's decades of credibility while giving clients a modern, accessible way to engage.

That relationship led to multiple further projects, and in 2025 Global AVN pushed Makos Digital toward a new one: Global AVN Realtors, extending the business into real estate advisory.

Real estate was a new line of business for Global AVN, and customer awareness, discovery, and trust-building were the real problems the launch had to solve — building on the trust already established through the earlier ceremony-facilitation projects.

The Realtors site was delivered within the same year it was commissioned, giving Global AVN two live service lines under one registered enterprise.

The gap wasn't reach — their social and YouTube marketing was already working — it was a website: nothing built to match that audience, and no technical SEO foundation behind it to be found in search.

Makos Digital built the site on React (Next.js) and branded it to match, then worked through indexing and the full range of technical SEO parameters needed to make the new site actually discoverable.

The finished site gives Olive Constructions & Interiors a web presence and technical SEO foundation built to match the audience its marketing had already earned.
